Refund Policy
Raag Infotech Ltd refund and cancellation policy for all services and packages.
All transactions on this website are carried out in GBP (£).
Payment Terms
Services against any Plan Order will be available once you have made payment for Services according to the requirements of the corresponding Plan Order.
Raag Infotech Ltd has no obligation to render Services under any Service Plan if the payments as required under any Plan Order have not been made. Certain Service Plans may have fees including, but not limited to, a Service Fee and/or Activation Fee.
Corporate Plan
All payments under the Corporate Plan shall be made upfront at the time of commencement of service.
Small Business Plan
For payments under the Small Business Plan, apart from the one-time fee, you shall be charged an additional Incident Fee at the time of service delivery, as per the agreed terms.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund:
- The service must not have been fully delivered
- A written refund request must be submitted to [email protected]
- The request must be made within 14 days of the original payment
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed work and delivered milestones
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (hosting, domain registration, software licences)
- Activation fees where services have been provisioned
